We stand behind every order. If we can’t make a paper right, your money comes back. This page explains when the guarantee applies and how to claim it.
1. When you’re eligible
You can request a refund if the paper is missed (writer fails to deliver), if it materially fails to match the instructions you provided, or if it does not pass plagiarism and AI-detection checks.
2. When you’re not eligible
Refunds do not apply after the free revision window closes, when the issue is a change in the original instructions, or when you have already approved the final paper.
3. How to claim
Open a dispute in the order chat or email support@researchgraders.com within the revision window. Our support team reviews the order, your instructions, and the writer’s communication before deciding.
4. Timing
Most refund decisions are made within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
