Account details (name, email), order details (topic, instructions, attachments), payment metadata (we do not store card numbers), and basic usage analytics.
2. How we use information
To deliver orders, match you with the right writers, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing with writers
Writers see only the information they need to complete your order. They do not see your real name, contact details, or payment information.
4. Data retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact support@researchgraders.com to make a request.
6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we also follow the principle of least privilege and audit access regularly.
