By using Research Graders you agree to the terms below. These terms describe how the platform works, what we expect from customers and writers, and how disputes are handled.
1. Use of the service
Research Graders provides custom academic writing and research assistance. You may use the work we deliver as a reference, model, or learning aid in line with your institution’s academic policies.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Payments and escrow
Funds for accepted bids are held in escrow and released to the writer only after you approve the final paper or the revision window closes. Disputes are reviewed by our support team.
4. Revisions and refunds
Each order includes a free revision window. Refunds are governed by our Money Back Guarantee, which sets out eligibility and timelines.
5. Prohibited use
You may not submit unlawful or harmful content, attempt to defraud the platform, or attempt to bypass our payment, vetting, or moderation systems.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
